description 1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern the use of the Klearapplication, a SaaS solution for construction site and intervention management published by Kizeo.
By using our services, you accept these Terms of Use.
login 2. Access to the Service
- Access to the service requires a paid subscription taken out by your organization.
- Account creation is performed by an administrator of your organization.
- Login is done securely via email and password.
- Access can be revoked at any time by your administrator.

The user agrees to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
- Not share their account with third parties
- Use the service in accordance with its professional purpose
- Not attempt to bypass security measures
- Respect Kizeo's intellectual property rights
- Not use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Immediately report any unauthorized use of their account

- You remain the owner of all data you enter into the application.
- Kizeo does not use your data for commercial or advertising purposes.
- You can export your data at any time (GDPR portability right).
- In case of termination, your data remains accessible for 30 days for export.

- Kizeo commits to ensuring 99.5% service availability (excluding scheduled maintenance).
- Scheduled maintenance operations are communicated in advance by email.
- In case of incident, Kizeo makes every effort to restore the service as quickly as possible.

security 6. Limitation of Liability
- Kizeo cannot be held responsible for indirect damages (data loss, loss of business, loss of profit).
- Kizeo's liability is limited to the amount of the annual subscription paid by the customer.
- Kizeo cannot be held responsible in case of force majeure (natural disaster, widespread network failure, massive cyberattack, etc.).

The user can request the deletion of their account at any time via the application settings or by contacting their administrator.

In case of violation of these Terms of Use, Kizeo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service, after formal notice remaining without effect for 15 days.
info Consequences:
Data remains accessible for 30 days after termination to allow export. After this period, data is permanently deleted.
update 8. Modifications to Terms
- Kizeo reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.
- In case of substantial modification, users will be informed by email.
- Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
gavel 9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms of Use are governed by French law.
- In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the courts of Avignon, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
