Who can create and manage snags?
Administrators, site managers, and project managers can all create defect records. Field workers can also create snags on their assigned sites. Subcontractors do not have permission to create defects, but they can be assigned as responsible for resolution.
Can I create custom tracking types beyond non-conformities and tickets?
Yes. Administrators can create custom tracking types from Administration > Tracking. Each custom type has its own workflow of statuses, priority levels, and options. This allows you to adapt the system to different processes – for example, safety incidents, change requests, or client queries.
Is snagging tracking available on the mobile app?
Yes, the full tracking feature is available on both iOS and Android mobile apps. Field teams can create defects, attach photos, update statuses, and tick off actions directly from their phone on site. All changes sync instantly with the web platform.
Plan requirement: Snagging tracking is included automatically in the Business plan for both Klear and Karre. It is not available on the Smart plan.
